History

Total Construction and Equipment, Inc. is a family owned business originally founded in 1972 by Mary and Wilfred (Willie) Krech. Total Construction was incorporated in 1983 and has grown into the largely diverse business that you see today. With the use of cutting edge technology in equipment and a highly trained employee staff; Total Construction and Equipment, Inc. will continue to provide a standard of safety, quality productivity, experience, and dependability unparalleled in the industry.

Mary Krech became majority owner and President in 1983. Mary is involved in everyday issues and manages all corporate matters, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

Bill Krech became a minority owner and Vice President in 1987. Bill manages the large commercial accounts and assists in the day to day operations of the company.
He is responsible for all new business, maintenance accounts, emergency response issues, and all high voltage and medium voltage projects.

Kevin Krech became a minority owner and Treasurer in 1987. Kevin manages the petroleum accounts and labor coordination of the company. He is responsible for all union labor negotiations and coordination, as well as overseeing the larger industrial accounts.
A support staff of several project managers, estimators, clerical and shop personnel assist in the every day functioning of the business. These people are responsible for day-to-day projects, invoicing, billing, and coordination of materials and equipment needed to keep Total Construction and Equipment, Inc.’s projects running safely and efficiently.
