Total Construction and Equipment, Inc. is located near Highway 52 and Concord Boulevard in Inver Grove Heights, MN. TCEI also has satellite offices in Madison, WI and Bemidji, MN. The company’s main office houses all office personnel for managing projects, as well as, a large inventory of stock material for emergency situations. TCEI’s contractor yard, is also located in Inver Grove Heights. It stores all the large equipment and has its own staff of mechanics who provide equipment repair on-site and/or in the field.
