Highly skilled manpower is the secret to any company’s success. Total Construction employs an average of 250 highly skilled employees year round in the industrial and commercial marketplace. The company employs labor from a minimum of six (6) different unions yearly. The majority of TCEI’s labor is electricians, which TCEI has a forty (40) plus year working relationship with the IBEW and Local 110 Union. However, it employs operators, laborers, carpenters, pipe fitters, and teamsters.
TCEI has the ability to provide labor for any type of project that may arise. Also, with a large labor pool, they have the ability to staff any major shutdowns or maintenance turnarounds that take place. TCEI can provide the necessary employees, materials, and equipment to provide a safe and professional installation.
